DIY Treasure Baskets

As adults, we have pre-determined uses for an object - whether that be a block or a leaf. However, children have a strong sense of curiosity and eagerness to explore an object in different ways.

This simple activity encourages your child to explore household or natural objects through their senses. During this play, try not to interupt your child or show them how to use or handle an object - simply allow them to explore for themselves.
