Walk to Explore Signs and Symbols

Walks within your neighbourhood help to connect your child with their community whilst getting some fresh air. Nature has a calming effect on children and leaves can lead to further exploration.

By exploring the neighbourhood, children will be able to learn new things naturally by seeing and asking questions. They might see a road sign, or perhaps a new fence on a property and you can help to explain why these things exist and what they mean.
