Winter Program warms up in centres

July marks the beginning of our Winter Program for Lifelong Learning Centres around the country!

Centres around Australia have developed their own holiday programs full of extra-fun and extra-memorable moments for your children. The Winter Program aims to engage the children with exciting learning and play based opportunities by exploring new activities and experiences, throughout the winter months.

Activities are specific to each centre, but  programs activity highlights include Yoga days, language classes, cooking lessons and messy play.

More activities include:

  • Craft days

  • Sports carnival days

  • Face Painting

  • Dress up days

  • Sustainability projects and gardening activities

  • Messy Play

  • Music Activities

Our Centre Managers and educators have been working hard to develop programs and activities that are engaging, high quality and of course - loads of fun. These exciting learning experiences will help make each day a new and interesting day of learning.

Our Winter Program is based around our Healthy Children’s approach which consists of six key themes – Healthy Minds, Healthy Bodies, Healthy Food, Healthy World, Healthy Families and Healthy Communities. These themes ensure that we promote a holistic learning approach, through holistic experiences for your child. Activities during our Winter Program will work on building confidence, developing a connection with the local community and improving foundational learning.
