Meet Janelle - Lead Educator at Papilio Ingleburn

The team at Papillio Early Learning Ingleburn have recently celebrated a milestones of one of their much-loved educators!

Miss Janelle has been recognised by her team for the completion of her Certificate 3 in Early Education!

Miss Janelle is the enthusiastic and talented Lead Educator in the Toddler Room at Papilio Ingleburn. She has recently completed her Certificate 3 Traineeship at the centre with the support of her team and has quickly advanced and moved up into studying her Diploma of Education.

Miss Janelle took the plunge and switched careers into early education only a few years ago and has never looked back!

“I love working with children, teaching them and guiding them to achieve their goals as well as meeting new families and building bonds with them and their children,” said Janelle.

Her passion for early education is only growing and has taken her far in only a few short years. She has advanced through training and study with the support she has received from her fellow educators and Centre Manger Elena Zamudio.

“Our team has built a great culture here at the centre - the staff here are like my second family and I love coming into work each day,” explained Janelle.

“The children love our diverse learning environment and all the fun activities we get up to in centre each day. They are able to build really special relationships with their peers as well as with their educators.”

Questions to ask on your family centre tour

When touring childcare centres for the first time it can be overwhelming.

As the saying goes, ‘first impressions’ count, but taking the time to ask deeper questions and really find out what your early education and childcare centre has to offer you and your child will always be time well spent.
